Our Recruitment Process

Confident Care 24/7 has an extensive recruitment and interview process, this ensures that we only provide Healthcare Professionals committed to delivering an excellent care service. The selection process complies with the employment legislations as well as the current Care Standards Act 2000 and related regulations. This includes a Disclosure and Barring Service check, including checks requirements against the Protection of Vulnerable Adults (SOVA) register and Protection of Children Act (POCA) list.
